VERIFIED BOUNDARIES

Launch controls kept in force

MIMGC corporation ID 98763136 and M-CON alliance ID 99015151 are locked and rechecked against public ESI.
The authorizing character must already be linked through Phase 3B, belong to MIMGC, and be its CEO or a Director.
The owner must register the 16 approved read-only corporation scopes in the existing EVE application before authorization.
Corporation consent and the encrypted refresh credential remain separate from the working personal Phase 3B connection.
Each endpoint is classified as success, role restriction, not applicable, throttled, or temporarily unavailable.
Corporation data is restricted to the Owner and Directors; authorization and disconnection remain Owner-only.
